Since 2013, NNHC has supported children, adults, seniors, and medically complex individuals with home-based care designed around changing needs, family routines, and the goal of remaining safely at home.

Our mission is to deliver compassionate, dependable home care and skilled nursing that supports safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life at home.
We believe good home care should feel personal, coordinated, and practical. Families need caregivers and nurses who understand not only the service plan, but also the person behind it—their routines, preferences, strengths, risks, and goals.

Kita leads NNHC’s operations, growth, community relationships, payer strategy, and overall service delivery with a focus on practical solutions for families navigating care at home.
Clinical Oversight
NNHC’s nursing leadership supports clinical review, nurse competency, plan-of-care implementation, quality oversight, and communication around skilled and private-duty nursing services.
Where We Serve
NNHC supports families across multiple counties in North Carolina and South Carolina, with headquarters in the Charlotte/Pineville area.
North Carolina
Home-care and nursing services across approved service areas in North Carolina, subject to referral fit, payer requirements, and staffing.
South Carolina
Home-care support in approved South Carolina service areas based on program, authorization, and staffing availability.
Charlotte–Pineville Base
NNHC’s primary office is based in Pineville, serving the greater Charlotte region and surrounding communities.

Veterans & Families
VA-authorized services when NNHC is approved for the referral and requested service.
Children & Adults
NNHC serves both pediatric and adult populations when the service request falls within the agency’s approved scope.
Trust Comes From Clear Boundaries
We would rather be accurate than overpromise.
NNHC confirms services only after reviewing the referral, service need, payer or authorization requirements, clinical complexity when applicable, staffing, and service area. We do not guarantee immediate placement, authorized hours, or start dates before the case is accepted.
We also avoid presenting planned certifications, payer relationships, or accreditations as completed until they are formally in place.

NNHC also invests in education and community connection so families can find help before a situation becomes a crisis.
